We are authorised to provide immigration advice & services by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner, UK – Reg. No. F201400889 at the highest Level.

Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) is an independent, non-departmental public body set up under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. The OISC is responsible for regulating immigration advisers in accordance with the Commissioner’s Code of Standards and Rules. The OISC promote and monitor professional standards and good practice within the industry.

The immigration and asylum law accreditation provides recognised quality standards for Immigration & Asylum practitioners. It is designed to cover all aspects of asylum law. Accreditation covers all practitioners providing advice under a legal aid contract and is normally used as a quality mark for privately funded work. The accreditation can only be achieved after exhibiting the required level of competence and knowledge in Immigration Law as defined by the Law Society.
